Covid-19
Resources & Free Access for Covid-19 research
Centralizing Structural Knowledge
In order to facilitate the collaboration around COVID-19, we aim to to centralize all structural knowledge on the SARS-CoV2 proteome in 3decision® and keep it up to date. This includes all experimental structures deposited in the RCSB PDB, ‘un-published’ experimental structures (e.g. X-ray structures from the Diamond fragment screen), high-quality homology models and other relevant in silico results such as docking poses etc.
Free Access for Covid-19 Research
We want everyone to be able to easily access and analyze the structural data at hand in order to generate new ideas and contribute to the global research effort. We are therefore allowing to access our platform 3decision® for free during this critical period. We hope this will ease and speed up the the collaborative research effort. To get access, please contact us!
